If you forget your Reebok Stride's 6-digit PIN, you must perform a factory reset to regain access to the watch.

Watch Lockout

Entering an incorrect PIN five consecutive times will automatically lock the watch.

A forgotten PIN cannot be recovered or bypassed without resetting the device.

Perform a Factory Reset

A factory reset removes stored data from the watch and returns it to its original factory settings.

Once the reset is complete, you will need to set up and pair the watch again using the Reebok Connect app.

Important

A factory reset permanently erases data stored on the watch. Make sure you understand this before proceeding.
